How did you hear about us?  

1. All New customers must fill out customer information form and submit their tax exemption form.
2. First 5 (five) purchase must be paid by cash/money order or bank certified checks, before pick up or delivery time.
3. Once condition 3 has been fulfilled: Company checks maybe accepted thereafter, check info must match the account information of business name and address. There is NO exception. Return or NSF check fee is $30.00. We arrange for pickup and delivery.
